Responsibilities of Council Representatives

Church representatives on the ABCMC Family Council, clergy and laity, are the primary bridge from the region to the local church and vice versa. To do this, representatives should attend three business meetings per year, having reviewed the reports and proposals for the meeting in advance.  After the meeting, representatives should share news, activities, and opportunities from the region with their local congregation and check the EWind regularly for updates.

Role of the Family Council

The ABCMC Family Council adopts and maintains the organization's by-laws; covenants with local churches; and decides matters of policy, goals, program, and leadership. To fulfill these duties the Council meets three times per year.

Update Your Council Representative

Every ABCMC congregation has two voting delegates on the Family Council, one pastor and one other church leader (lay or clergy). If your church's Council Rep is not listed or out of date, you can update their information below. Contact information will not be posted publicly.
